Hey everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice. I'm currently thinking about buying land, but I’m a bit overwhelmed by the options. I’m not looking to build right away, but I do want something that could appreciate over time or maybe be used for off-grid living. I've looked at a few rural lots, some in mountain areas, and others closer to small towns. What are the main things I should consider when choosing the right type of land? I want to avoid making a mistake and end up with something I can't really use or resell later. Any thoughts or experiences would be super helpful!
